​Anuga 2025, the world’s largest trade fair for food and beverages, will take place in Cologne from October 4 to 8, 2025, and offers a platform for the exchange of innovations and trends in the industry, with over 7,500 exhibitors and around 140,000 visitors. The trade fair comprises 10 trade fairs and presents pioneering developments, particularly in the areas of sustainability and digitalization.
