Ecoenergia SRL is the owner of Windpark Stejaru, an onshore wind farm of 34.5 MW located in the province of Stejaru in Romania. Commissioned in 2014, the project consists of 15 Enercon E83 E2 wind turbines (2.3 MW capacity and 108 metres hub height). 

Premier Energy PLC is the largest electricity infrastructure distributor and seller in the Republic of Moldova, and the 3rd largest natural gas infrastructure distributor and supplier in Romania.

German Corporate Finance consultancy REM CAPITAL AG oversaw the M&A advisory on the sell side for this transaction. REM CAPITAL supports the implementation of investment and innovation projects and the optimization of their financing structures.  The REM CAPITAL team in this case was led by Casper Sikkema and Yagyesh Narayan.
